Parts Receptionist

Job Description

  • Handle all incoming calls
  • Route calls to department or individual requested
  • Light office and secretary duties as needed
  • Answering phones
  • Opening and closing Repair orders
  • Assisting customers
  • Checking in parts in the computer and with parts vendors
  • Passing parts out to the technicians
  • Handling parts returns
  • Knowledge of Parts Trader preferred

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a professional appearance
  • Good clear speaking voice
  • Confident and able to work in a fast past environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Pleasant and friendly attitude
  • Typing skills and basic computer skills
  • This is a fast-paced work environment, so applicants must be able to multitask while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Applicants must also be extremely organized.
