“Nobody likes dealing with the aftermath of a car accident; however, I definitely have to commend L&M for their superior service from start to finish. I was able to easily select them based off my car insurance and was directed to their Fullerton Road location. The entire process from administrative aspects, estimate, timeliness in correspondence, customer service, and repair was rapid and seamless.
When the body shop determined that more repairs were needed than originally thought, they provided us an immediate update and handled everything directly with our insurance company without prompting. They were also great about calling us to inform us of the status of our vehicle.
Everytime we interacted with them in person at the shop, all of their team members were always polite, unhurried, and friendly. The people who work there seem to be quite happy in my limited observations. ”
“They did it again! This time I take my new 2017 Jaguar F-Pace to L&M for purely cosmetic reasons. The car came with a silver rear valance that I absolutely hated. Took it in to have it painted gloss black to match the lower bumper. Working with John, explained what I wanted done, and as usual, they do a great job for a fair price.

They did all the scheduling with Enterprise for me as well. I was updated every single day on the schedule of completion. They are truly and exceptional establishment.
